4. What can I expect to learn in this course?

   • So Much! This course is jam-packed with what I've learned on my 15 year journey of self love and inner child healing! Everything from reparenting, mother and father wound healing, mirror work, reframe work, journaling and more!

5. How long is the course, and what is the time commitment?

   • The course duration is 14 days. But you can go at your own pace, as you have access for 60 days!
     Daily time commitment is around 45 minutes.

6. Do I need any prior experience or knowledge to join?

   • No prior experience is required. The course is designed to accommodate individuals at all levels of familiarity with self-love and inner child healing. Whether you’re new to these concepts or have some experience, you’ll find valuable insights and support. But I will say, if you don't want to go deep, this is not the course for you. No stone is left unturned and we are doing deep and powerful practices here.

7. Will there be support throughout the course?

   • Yes! You have access to the community from where you can interact with Larissa & other members and even ask me questions! You get 3 months access so once you've completed the 2 week course you'll have ongoing support.
