90-Minute Threshold Session (Zoom) This is not surface-level coaching. This is a 90-minute, private space where we slow down enough to hear what your life has been trying to tell you. You may look accomplished on the outside — but something inside is asking for more honesty, more depth, more alignment. In these sessions, we examine what wants to shift at the root. The roles you’ve outgrown. The compromises you’re ready to reverse. The truth your body already knows but hasn’t been given permission to lead. I hold steady space for the conversations most people avoid. Nothing is too big. Nothing is too messy. Together we untangle what’s heavy, reconnect you to your instinct, and restore the quiet power that allows your outer life to reflect your inner truth. You don’t need to blow up your life. You need to inhabit it differently. If you’re ready to cross that threshold — this is where we begin. Once you've done your first session you will be eligible for 5 and 10 Session Package Specials, if approved. To Prepare: 1. Download Zoom (A link will be e-mailed to you upon booking.) 2.
