When you book this service; you unlock a 1:1 Zoom session with me. Once selected, you will be guided to the calendar, where you can book a time and date that works best for you. Then check your e-mail for the Zoom Link! Want to prepare to get the most out of our time together? 1. Set a clear intention for what you want from our session together, the clearer you get the more profound your results will be in session. 2. Prior to the session spend 5-10 minutes in meditation. Simply deep breathing and letting your thoughts move. 3. Be hydrated and eat healthy the day of our session. Ample water and nutrition will help the energy move more effortlessly during session.

Cancellation Policy

You will be rescheduled at your no extra charge if you reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your session time. If you cancel in less than 24 hours you will be charged a $25 fee to reschedule.
